Baker’s Twine is my most favorite at the moment, with Rustic Twine or Linen Thread running a close second.

I found out the hard way that any snacks would end up on my projects so I tend to steer clear from food while crafting…However, my favorite indulgence is Cheeto’s Cheesy Puffed Corn while blog surfing or photo editing!

My half hour drive home to and work proves to be a great daily inspiration-not only from the colors, shapes, etc. from the scenery, but also the quiet time it allows for brainstorming. I also love to look through magazines such as Real Simple and browse interior design blogs.

Tell us a little bit about yourself:

-When did you start crafting?

I’ve crafted for as long as I can remember. When I was in high school, my first real job was at the FIRST Joann ETC in my area. I remember, it was a big deal! I started buying scrapbooking stuff, purchased my first sewing machine, and TONS of fabric!

-What is your favorite embellishment for your projects?

Oh… I LOVE naked chipboard! I love the versatility.

-What is your favorite color or color combination?

I tend to learn towards blue. I love bright ‘happy’ colors.

-Your favorite snack food while crafting?

I don’t really eat or drink while crafting… I’m always worried about spilling, or getting something dirty!

-Your favorite source of inspiration?

Blogs. Definitely blogs. I love LollyChops, Debbie Olsen, and LaVerne Bose, just to name a few. When I am running low on inspiration, I will spend hours reading other peoples blogs. When I see something I like, I save it to a file on my computer called: “Inspire me!” I LOVE when people add a watermark to their photo with their name and blog information, that way I can go back to the blog later.

-Describe your style in two words.

-When did you start crafting?

I have been crafting since I was little.  My Aunt Betty would bring over all sorts of crafts for us to make, including homemade ornaments, Christmas decorations, and cross stitch.  My Aunt Helen taught me to Knit and Crochet, which I forgot how to do.  I was introduced to stamping and scrapbooking in 2001 and haven’t stopped since.  It has honestly been the only hobby that I have not lost interest in.  Must be kismet :)

-What is your favorite embellishment for your projects?

Ribbon or buttons or bling – I can’t just pick one!!!

-What is your favorite color or color combination?

Berry, Aqua, and Spring Green

-Your favorite snack food while crafting?

If I am being good Almonds or the Antioxidant mixed (dried fruit and nuts), if not I love Trail Mix (only consisting of Peanut M&Ms, Almond M&Ms, and Dark Chocolate M&Ms – so not really a trail mix).

My name is Tenia Nelson and I am a 29 year old that resides in Denver, Colorado. I am a Child of God, Wife, Music and Drama Educator, Jazz Musician, Doggie Mama, Soccer Player…..and Papercrafter….of course!!

When did you start crafting?

Since I was a small child but did not really get serious about papercrafting until 2002.

Hmmm….my favorite embellie has to be ribbon….love me some ribbon!!!

My favorite color is Blue…..and Green….okay I have two favorite colors.

Tell us a little bit about yourself:
My name is Bonnie Rose and I currently live in Fargo ND. I have a dream of living further south one day near the ocean. I love the ocean. I could be a total beach bum and have a beach-inspired beach home one day. One day. I work part time weekdays and have most of my afternoons free to be inspired and create in my Studio. When a day goes by when I don’t make something, I just don’t feel complete.

I love card design and stamping. I started out as a scrapbooker over 17 years ago, but soon the stamping bug caught me, and well, now I’m hooked on card design! I am a mother to two beautiful girls, Sara and Bethany. And married to a great guy named Greg. We live here with our needy dog Angel.

This summer, we’re all looking forward to spending a week on the ocean in Tybee Island in GA, just outside of Savannah. Never been there. We’re spending a week right on the water. Looking so forward to seeing somewhere new and just living at the beach for a week.

-When did you start crafting?

I started soon after my oldest daughter was born, so almost 18 years ago. That’s when I started seriously papercrafting and scrapbooking. Before that, I used to do craft shows and roll beeswax candles and sell them at local fairs etc. I’ve also tried my hand at beading, but I gotta say, stamping and card design is my new found passion – Love it!

-What is your favorite embellishment for your projects?

My favorite embellishment has to be a bright bold punch of color using ribbons and trims. I love the added texture and big statements of color these items give to a card creation!

-What is your favorite color or color combination?

That’s a hard question to answer. I love really bright and bold colors… right now, I’m drawn towards Orange and Teal/Turquoise, but I also love love bright Yellow, Fuschia Pink, and Orange together — just so happy!

-Your favorite snack food while crafting?

I usually rarely bring food up to my Studio while I design. The only time I eat and snack is when I’m at crops or at a Retreat. During that time, I usually go for something like Chex Mix or M and Ms.

-Your favorite source of inspiration?

So so many things. Magazines, patterned paper, others’ blogs and galleries online. Home decor. A print ad. Anything.

I’m happy, cheerful, positive, a little zany at times, and I believe dessert is good for you.  I’m married to my best friend, mom to our 2 amazing boys, spoiler to Ellie our Diva Dog, and I am a stamper!  When I’m not getting inky in my studio, or spending endless hours at the skate park with my guys (wishing they were bubble-wrapped!), I enjoy cooking, reading, and cheering (loudly) for my favorite baseball team-the Rockies!!

I started scrapbooking in 1999 when my oldest son was born.  A few years later, I was introduced to stamping and fell in love with it! Stamping led to cardmaking and this is really where I found my niche.

Its a tie between Ribbon and Jewels.  Its rare that I make a project without one of them, and if I can get both on a project, I am one happy girl!

I love pink!  Pink and Black always captures my attention but I sort of have commitment issues when it comes to color ;) I love to try new combo’s!!

Peanut M&M’s! ( I think the “m”s stand for mojo makers!)

My “go to” source is probably challenges.  I love a good sketch challenge or a fun color combo.
