My name is Tiffany and I’m an Army wife and SAHM to two little rascals, CJ and Liam. In my spare time, I volunteer for the Fort Irwin Spouse’s Club, Mothers of Preschoolers, and 2/11 HHT Family Readiness Group. I live in the Mojave Desert, so keeping busy is key to survival! I’ve been paper crafting since my mom taught me the art of paper folding at the ripe age of 4 and have been seriously crafting for 3 years as a way to adjust to the shock that is motherhood.

Besides being a lover of paper and ink, I find myself hoarding ribbons of all sorts- the smoother the better! I enjoy the combination of kraft cardstock with bright colors and always have a pot of coffee going as I craft! Coffee and biscotti go hand in hand with my paper crafting. Blogging has been my biggest source for inspiration. I have met so many talented and diverse crafters having started blogging 3 years ago. It has taken a while to discover my signature style. I landed on this crafting scene as a Fun and Cute artist and have morphed into a Clean and Simple designer.

When did you start crafting?  My mom always did crafting with us so I have always done some sort of crafting and dabbled in many things.

What is your favorite embellishment for your projects?  Ooohhh, toughie, either buttons or ribbon.

What is your favorite color or color combination? Definitely pink, and pink /black/white!

Your favorite snack food while crafting? I don’t really snack while crafting.

What is your favorite embellishment for your projects?  I don’t know if sewing is considered an embellishment but lately I’ve been stitching on most of my cards….of course I love buttons, ribbons and bling too!

First of all, I am super excited to be on this team with all these fabulous designers! I’m a SAHM and professional graphic designer and brand developer – freelancing for the last 7 years. I am a volunteer for my local MOMS Club Board as Treasurer and am I a room parent for my 2nd grade daughter.  Originally from WA state, we live about 60 miles from NYC and a world away from what we’re used to. But it is fun that we are just a hop-skip-and-a-jump to such a fantastic city!

I started crafting as a child – first in illustration and collage. I wanted to be a fashion designer growing up and even sketched out many lines of clothing. But I’m not much of a sewer so that didn’t pan out. LOL. Then it was interior design, which is still my true passion. Then in college I decided to stick with graphic design. When my daughter was 2, in 2004, was when I began to scrapbook a little. But it wasn’t until 2008 that it became an obsession. I started making cards in 2009.

What is your favorite embellishment for your projects? I would probably say buttons – I use them on both my cards and scrapbooking. But I love ribbon and natural fibers as well, like hemp, jute and twine.

What is your favorite color or color combination? I really love kraft and combining all sorts of colors and pattern with that. As far as specific color combination I love rainbows right now. It really varies by what I am inspired by at the time.

Your favorite snack food while crafting? Since I do most of my crafting during the day on weekends, it’s usually my lattes – I’m not a night owl, unfortunately.

Your favorite source of inspiration? Etsy and Flickr – you can find anything through either source. There are SO many creative people out in the world and I love to just soak it all in!

I am an Arizona native and married to the most wonderful man.  We have to rescue dogs named Sienna and Ella.  We love to hike and travel.  Anytime we can get out of the house we do!!!

About six years ago a friend showed me a card she made and I was hooked!

I love natural colors… mainly blues and greens.  Oh and kraft, how could I forget.

I don’t snack while crafting (I tend to be messy), but coffee is a MUST!

I’m a software consultant that lives with my wonderful husband in Da’
Burgh (or Pittsburgh, PA to the rest of you!)  When I’m not

I’ve always tried to do non-computer related activities since I stare
at a computer all day long…. I seriously got into stamping about two
years ago when a local scrapbooking store did a make and take. That
sample thank you card hooked me!

-Tell us a little bit about you:

I’m married to a wonderful man named Mike and work as an IT Specialist. We don’t have any children but we have one cute and crazy cockatiel Kiwi and a school of fish. When I’m not crafting you can usually find me getting sporty!

I’ve crafted for as long as I can remember. My mother painted ceramics and made floral arrangements and she always encouraged creativity. I began sewing and embroidering at age 7 and branched out from there.

-What is your favorite embellishment for your projects?

I’m addicted to Copic Spica glitter pens!!

I don’t think I could pick just one. But I love white for the crispness it lends to projects.

I don’t eat while crafting, but love chips & salsa or dill dip with veggies when I’m done.
